Popcorn: Snack with much more Antioxidants than even Fruits and Vegetables

The Popcorn's have well versed Reputation as a demanding Snack Food for most of the time has now actually flourished and reached the higher levels as the recently reports concluded that this snack food actually contains more of the healthful antioxidants known as "poly-phenols" than most of fruits and vegetables have.
 
All this has been in accordance of the words spoken at the 243rd National Meeting & Exposition of the American Chemical Society (ACS), in San Diego on March 25.

Vinson also added "Air-popped popcorn has the lowest number of calories, of course,".  "Microwave popcorn has twice as many calories as air-popped, and if you pop your own with oil, this has twice as many calories as air-popped popcorn. About 43 percent of microwave popcorn is fat, compared to 28 percent if you pop the corn in oil yourself."
